Amazing base for exploring Schaumburg. Regular hotel, even so with excellent staff and strong wi-fi. Fine, comfy rooms and magnificent location. Comfortable beds for a good sleep. Location close to the largest malls in Chicago, and major shopping mall and restaurants. For tea or coffee visit Egg Harbor Cafe nearby.
Not clean bathroom.

The staff was friendly and the location was walking distance from Woodfield Mall.
We are being charged from the hotel because we are told we did a no show for our reservation! We have proof we showed up on our dates reserved. They didn't have our reservation on file when we checked in! They need to fix their reservation system with Booked.net I don't know if this is some way of getting back the free night promised to us after housekeeping didn't clean the bathroom properly. If this is what happens when you get a free night, then I don't want to come back to this hotel ever again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our queen 1-bedroom room. The hotel's location was convenient, with bars, restaurants, shopping, and Woodfield Mall nearby. There are dining options within walking distance, like McDonald's.

There is not a good place to park when you first arrive and need to check in. No drive-up, the parking lot was completely full in front and only open spots were handicap spots. Very inconvenient for checking in.

Something had bitten me all behind my knees like mosquito bites while I slept under the covers. So I had to go home and dry all my stuff in the drier to kill bed bugs.

The rooms were recently renovated and featured a very large desk, along with a queen 1 bedroom. The hotel is in a great location, in a nice area. Meals were healthy and there is a Beerhead Bar and Eatery nearby.
